Manly: Half-Day Kayak & Yoga Adventure

Imagine a scenic kayak around Manly Harbour, exploring hidden sandy beaches, swimming in tranquil coves after a guided 1-hour yoga class on the sand and finishing it all off with a healthy brunch on our own isolated beach.

Expect to get wet, get sandy, to laugh, to recharge and to come back as a slightly more rejuvenated person than you were when you arrived!

SCHEDULE AND MEETING POINT

9am - meet at Manly Kayak Centre on Manly Wharf and briefing

9.20am - 10.15am - paddle around the coastline and explore secluded beaches

10:30am - 11.30am - yoga session on Q Station Beach

11:30am - 12pm - Healthy brunch and free swim time!

12pm - 12.30pm - Paddle directly back to base

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Besides adventure and rejuvenation ;)

  • Guiding by an experienced instructor from our ocean partner FlowmOcean.

  • 1.5 hour guided kayak around Manly’s secret beaches

  • 1 hour yoga class (beginners welcome!)

  • Brunch picnic

  • Kayak hire (2 seater)

  • Dry bag for personals

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

  • Transport to + from meeting point

  • Water (please bring with you at least 1 litre)

WHAT TO BRING

  • Paddling clothes: something lightweight and that you are comfortable in. Consider long layers for sun protection. You can paddle barefoot or in lightweight shoes.

  • Swimmers: wear these under your clothing

  • Towel for yoga class

  • Sunscreen, hat and sunglasses

  • Thermal top/wind breaker on cooler days

  • Dry change of clothes for after the paddle

  • Water (please bring with you at least 1 litre)

 FAQs

Do I need to be an experienced paddler or yogi to come along?

Not at all! We head out early to have the best paddling conditions of the day. The Yoga class will be a blend of hatha, vinyasa and modern power flow with variations, modifications and options allowing you work at your individual level :)

Do I need to be able to swim?

Yes, you must be able to swim at least 150 metres to take part.

In the event of bad weather, we will aim to re-organise the event to the following Sunday, if you're unable to make the new date it we will offer you a full refund.

No refund on tickets on cancellations 7 days out from the event.
