4 Week Beginner Clinic
Learn the basic principles of top rope climbing technique over a four week period. You'll get an understanding of how to use footwork and body position to develop an efficient movement pattern and start flowing up the wall with ease. We'll also teach you how to read your climbs to become more fluid and get you projecting some hard stuff.
Week 1 footwork, movement pattern
Week 2 body position, weight distribution
Week 3 reading the climb & planning
Week 4 final week to combine all this for projects and maybe some bouldering
What's Included in your fee:
4 x (1.5hour) Group lessons
Entry and all equipment hire (harness and shoes) each week
Small group (10max) session so you get lots of time with your coach!
