Women's Paddleboarding Workshop

Be guided through all the key areas of stand up paddleboarding with experienced instructors. 

The lesson includes one hour of instruction and one hour of general hire and is designed to make sure you get the most out of your paddle board experience. Stand up paddleboarding has a shorter learning curve than most other board sports, on average first timers will begin to feel comfortable on a board within an hour. These introductory sessions provide a foundation to the sport and teach you the skills needed to get started. You will learn balance, body alignment and stroke technique before progressing onto more advance techniques. 

Following your session put your skills to the test and explore Manly Cove at your own pace with 1 hour of general hire included.

What you will learn
* Safety on the water
* Familiarity with SUP equipment
* Basic paddle strokes and turns
* Correct stances on the boar
* Using the paddle for stability
* We will teach you some fun tricks if you master the basics!

What to bring
* Paddling clothes
* Sun protection
* Sunscreen
* Hat
* Thermal top/wind breaker (cooler days)
* Dry change of clothes for after the paddl
