The workshop will focus on:
- Focus on footwork
- Balance and shifting the center of gravity
- Different types of holds and body positioning
- How to plan the climb from the starting holds to the finish
- Warm up before the climbing session and cooling down after
- Additional exercises to strengthen the body (conditioning)
Who will be teaching you?
I am Ola Stanczak, originally from the city of Warsaw, Poland. I started climbing 10 years ago and since then, my life revolves around it. I've been traveling and climbing around the world, living for months in France, Spain, Greece, Turkey and South Africa. I love outdoor bouldering (and the indoors too!) and lead-climbing. I have worked in different climbing gyms in Poland as an instructor and routesetter and am now routesetting and coaching in Sydney.
If you are passionate about climbing and keen to learn and improve your skills, I will happily share all the knowledge I have.
The groups are up to 10 climbers, so please book your spot in advance.
