Women's Full Day Canyon Adventure

The first part of the day is focused on acquiring abseiling skills. After lunch we'll test our new skills with a trip through Empress Canyon. The journey takes us deep inside the sandstone cliff, wading, scrambling, swimming and jumping into pools!  We will complete our canyon journey with a thrilling waterfall abseil down Empress Falls.

Join us on a half-day canoe trip, paddling the beautiful River Wye, guided by the experienced team at Monmouth Canoe & Activity Centre. The Forest Route is a fun and sociable 7 mile trip from Huntsham Bridge to Monmouth, with the guides sharing canoeing advice and highlighting the best spots along the Wye Valley. The day will include 2.5 - 3 hours of canoeing, plus a lunch stop en route.
